We are open M-F and you have several options from ordering online and selecting a pick up time or coming in store and utilizing our grab and go service. You can order daily or choose to have it picked up on our meal prep Sunday bulk order day.

Yes! We do utilize our in store grab and go options to make it quick and easy.

We are open M-F for online orders and we also have our “Meal Prep Sunday” clients so on Saturday at 12 o’clock noon we turn all inventory OFF so that we can get our accurate count for the next days prep. All inventory is available for purchase again Sunday evening for the next day.

Although we allow you to select a pick up time, we do this to let us know when you’d like it but there are times where we have an abundance of orders so we need to shift orders around. Please be realistic if you order 15+ items at 12 it will not be ready at 12:30 so please understand the time selections are used as guidelines.
