As Ashley graduated from nursing school and embarked on her career as an Emergency Room Nurse, her need for convenient and wholesome meals became even more essential. Having shed a remarkable 80 pounds, she knew the importance of staying on track and maintaining her healthy lifestyle. Ashley not only mastered the art of meal prep, but she also infused each dish with irresistible flavors, proving that healthy eating doesn’t have to be dull!
What started as a way to support her family, friends, and colleagues quickly blossomed into something much greater. Thanks to a brilliant suggestion from her husband, Ashley decided to share her gift with the world, giving birth to Prepstart Lifestyle.
